Our rates are reasonable, and you will only pay a flat fee to attempt to settle your case. If the case cannot be settled, or you are not satisfied with the proposed results, you decide whether to proceed to trial. A flat fee is charged. This means, we do not charge on an hourly basis. By our charging a flat fee, you know the exact fee for that portion of your criminal case. If your case requires legal services beyond the initial settlement, then you will be quoted additional, up-front fees for those services.
