Lancaster, CA – alleged that client forced a woman to orally copulate him by using a knife on one occasion and a gun on another, then contacted the woman several times from jail to discuss not testifying against him while court order was in place. All conversations were recorded. Client charged with multiple counts of forcible oral copulation by force, dissuading a witness from testifying and disobeying a court order. Client was also on probation for three separate felonies at the time. Client had prior strike alleged. Client was facing 61 years and 8 months in State Prison.
